At 24 Supplements, we take immense pride in the quality of our products and your shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your purchase to notify us if you wish to return it. Once you’ve informed us, you must return the product within the following 14 days.

Products should be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To ensure they are in a condition suitable for resale, they should be sealed and undamaged.

Due to customer safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for perishable goods such as food and food supplements. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Product

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please do not return anything to us without first arranging it with a member of our Customer Service Team.

If your item is valued over CHF 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately and provide photographs of the package and the products. We will gladly send out a replacement once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will do our best to stop the package before it's sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

3. Contact your bank (there may be some processing time before the refund is posted).

If after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

Please note that free or promotional items given to you are not eligible for refund or return.
